Re-Awakening Disciple-Making in the Church
At Annual Conference in early May of this year, Rev. Robby Gallaty delivered a powerful message about the call of Jesus to make disciples who make disciples. Drawing from the ministry of Jesus, the example of John Wesley, and the experience of churches seeking renewal today, Robby challenged us to see disciple-making not as one program of the church, but as the central mission of the church.
His message invites every pastor, lay leader, and congregation to ask important questions:
Are we forming disciples or simply gathering attenders?
Do we have a clear path for helping people grow and multiply their faith?
Are we seeking spiritual renewal in ourselves before asking God to renew our churches?
